 EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any merchandise, you have ordered from us. However, if you’re unhappy for any reason, here’s what to do;

  • For exchange - please contact our customer care department via helpline/Email mentioned above within 48 hours of purchase.
  • Sale items once purchased are non-refundable.
  • Please note that No return/refund/exchange is allowed for items purchased on sale & discounts promotions.
  • You may exchange the size of the delivered goods at the nearest Company’s outlets on production of original invoice, provided the goods are unused and are packed in their original packing with all tags attached, unworn/undamaged condition and not altered.
  • Store manager may refuse to accept any exchange at its discretion in case above mentioned conditions are not met.
  • The decision of the Company shall be considered final in all cases.

CLAIM POLICY

MM-Mart products are manufactured with the utmost care and under strict quality control environment.
